Bad Habit to Our Health
Our daily habits describe our health at the best way. We all are born in perfect condition, but our lifestyle might give differences on our health condition. We might never think that it can give bad effect to our health. However, many researches on health show that many of human habits that give tremendous effect to our health.The first one is smoking. This nicotine bar can give permanent damage to our lungs. The worst fact is that smoke is not only affecting the smoker, but also other people who breathe the smoke. The passive smoker even has larger effect from the smoke. Then, our eating habit can help us to prevent some serious diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and heart attack. We have to eat the right diet in the right portion. We also need to stop our excessive drinking habit. Alcohol always gives bad effect to our health.
Researches also find that our habit of flossing our teeth has effect on longevity. However, these researches have not been able to find the relation. We also need to put routine exercise on our daily schedule. With the right living habit and a positive thinking in our life, we can avoid some dangerous disease that might threaten our life.
