Exercise After Fifty
Most people certainly spend their youth age on having fun and enjoy their life. They often fill their life with works and pay little attention on their health. They never take exercise to maintain their health. Mostly, they will realize their mistake on not paying attention to their health after they have retired from their work or after they get some diseases from their unhealthy lifestyle.
Most people think that starting your exercise at the age of fifty is too late. However, a research in Sweden proves that this opinion is wrong. People after the age of fifty still can get the benefits of taking exercise. The exercise only takes longer time to show some result to their body. If young people can get the result in a few months after they take routine exercise, people at the age of fifty can get the result in ten years.
The research shows the result on the low death rates among the people at the age of fifty with routine physical activities. It shows the effect of taking exercise for these people. However, they certainly chose for a different form of exercise. Some low impact exercises from their daily activity is the right choice for them.
