Even though fast food is tasty and easy on preparation, but it has large amount of calories. Many experts believe that fast food is the main reason of the high level of obesity in big cities. On each portion of hamburger, we can find fat, calorie, and chemical ingredients with very low nutrition and fiber that our body need. Too many calories and fat in our body can cause some serious diseases such as diabetes and heart attack.

To give our body the best strength on our busy life, we had better chose for the food that has complete nutrition. Our body needs for large amount of protein, fiber, and vitamins. Eating complete nutrition in the right portion can help our body to support our daily activities.
